Mrs. May Coffin Brown, wife of F. Herbert Brown, secretary of the Building Material Men's Association of Westchester County, and until recently a resident of Mount Vernon, where she made her home on North Columbus Avenue for five years, died at her home in Scarsdale, 69 Harney Road, Sunday morning, following a stroke. Mrs. Brown was a member of the Chester Hill M. E. Church, and during her residence in this city was active in church work as a member of the various women's societies. Besides her husband, she is survived by her son, Francis H. Brown, of Ithaca, and her daughter, Miss Dorothy Mae Brown, of New York City. The funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 10:30 o'clock at the Mortuary Chapel, 138 East 57th Street, New York. Interment will take place in McGraw, N.Y.
