STERLING - Mrs. Flora Otten, 86, 507 E. 11th St. died Sunday afternoon in her home after a long illness.
Survivors include two sons, Albert H. Otten and Lester H. Otten both of Sterling; two daughters, Mrs. Earl Peugh, Sterling, and Mrs. Donald Johnson, Karamasel Turkey; three brothers, John T. Meyer, Sterling, Edward Meyer, Milledgeville, and Louis Meyer, Franklin Grove; a sister, Mrs. Tina Gerdes, Milledgeville; eight grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

FLORA H. OTTEN - Funeral rites for Mrs. Flora H Otten were conducted at 11:30 p.m. Thursday in St. John's Lutheran Church by the Rev. Luther Cooperrider. Ray Cornns was organist and Donald Reed was usher. Interment was in Riverside Cemetery . The pallbearers were Elwood Meyer , Leon Willhite, Arthur Meyer, George Gerdes, Chester Thormahlen and Louis Gerdes. Swartley florist took care of flowers. The body was take from Melvin Funeral Home to he church at noon to lie in state until the funeral service.
