Ada Rachel Kuhlman, 72, Mansfield, Ohio, died Sept. 24, 1988, following an extended illness. Born Aug. 2, 1916, in Somerset County, she moved to Ohio one year ago. Preceded in death by husband, Russell G.; a son, Russell; and a daughter, Ivy Kuhlman. Survived by two sons: Richard Kuhlman, Trona, Calif., John Kuhlman, Phelps, N.Y.; three daughters: Mrs. Leona Gouge, Frederick, Md., Patricia Morales, Newark N.Y., Mrs. Erma K. Nedrow, with whom she made her home; a sister-in-law, Ruth Kuhlman, Somerset; and a brother, Richard Gary, Rockwood; 19 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Retired from the New York State School for the Retarded, having worked there many years. Graveside services will be conducted in Union Cemetery, New Centerville, at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
