Floyd "Hap" Ahrens, 78, of Gibbon, formerly of Redwood Falls, died Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012, at the Fairfax Community Home.
Graveside Service will be Thursday, Aug. 23, at 11 a.m., at the Redwood City Cemetery in Redwood Falls.
Floyd "Hap" Willis Ahrens was born on April 7, 1934, in Redwood Falls, Minn., to William and Lena (Schmidt) Ahrens.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Ahrens of Gibbon; children, Randy Ahrens of Panama City, FL, Virginia Albertson of Wilmont, Laurence Snook of Lafayette, Jason Snook of Renville, and Peggy Ahrens of Pipestone; 19 grandchildren; and sister, Loretta Emerson of Kasota.
