Barbara "Bobbie" Louise Garrard, 64, passed away July 14, 2010.
Bobbie was the daughter of the late 1915-1950 Carl Eldo and 1905-2000 Allie Ethel Rowe Delay.
She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as sisters Myrtle Chandler and Henrietta Castle.
She is survived by her daughter, Shannon (Tony) Glass; granddaughter, Savanna Glass; sisters, Anna Edmister, Joyce Strickland, Carolyn Russell, Vernita Sigler and Phyllis Ramsey; brothers, Joe Pratt, Vernon "Oggie" Delay and Carl "Orice" Delay; special friends, Henry Keeton, Sandie Backus and Barbara Young; as well as extra special friend, Pat Steele.
An extra special thank you to niece, Connie Brady who cared for her 24/7 over the last two years; she loved you dearly and you did a wonderful job.
