He was born February 6, 1932 in Lucasville, Ohio, son of the late Henry Pratt and Allie Rowe Delay. On February 1, 1952, Joe was united in marriage to Margaret Elizabeth Delay Pratt, who preceded him in death on March 20, 2006.
In addition to his parents and wife, three sisters, Myrtle, Henrietta and Bobby Lou, and a brother, Carl Orcie preceded Joe in death.
Joe was retired from Owens-Illinois Tecneglas)
U.S. Army veteran.
He loved motorcycles, NASCAR, and motorcycle racing.
Joe will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 8, 2012 at the Howe Wheeler Boyer Hornback Funeral Home in Piketon, with Paul F. Hornback officiating.
Burial in Mound Cemetery, Piketon.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Friday and from 9:00 a.m. until the service on Saturday.
