Amelia R. Conradi, 95, a resident of New Bremen and New Knoxville, died at 10:13 a.m. July 30, 2004, at the St. Marys Living Center in St. Marys.
She was born March 16, 1909, in Woodburn, Ind., to Gottleib and Anna Korspeter Kyburz. On Jan. 29, 1929, she married Lambert Conradi, who died Jan. 16, 1984.
Survivors include two sons, William (Donna) and Ned (Nancy), both of New Bremen; a daughter, Edythe (Bill) Henschen, New Knoxville; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by a brother Albert Kyburz.
She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ and its Christian Service Guild, and a member of American Legion Auxiliary Post 241, all in New Bremen. A 1927 graduate of New Bremen High School, she was a homemaker and worked with her husband to run the family farm.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, with Rev. John W. Tostrick officiating. Burial will follow at German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling is from 4-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
