A. B. Baxley was born at Marble Valley Alabama April 3, 1888. of German, Irish and English descent; raised by Primitive Baptist parents He attended the public schools in Alabama until he was seventeen years of age. Since 1908 he has been in Christian schools, two years at Abilene Texas, and is now in Nashville Bible School. He became a member of the Missionary Baptist church when he was sixteen, but when he learned the truth, he became a Christian. When not in school he spends his entire time preaching the Gospel. summer of 1910 he spent fn missionary work in Alabama, preaching publicly and from house to house. --Gospel Preachers Who Blazed the Trail, C.
