Josef Sulda was born in Koryta Bohemia in 1857. He was raised by his mother Marie Suldova. He married Marie Baxa on November 10, 1879. The family came to the United States on 'The Main' on May 1, 1880 and lived in Chicago. Josef and Marie had 8 children. Anna (1879-1937) Langer, Willie (1880-1880), Mary (1882-1913) Stanek, James (1884-1953), Joseph (1887-1958), Emilie (1890-1894), Bessie (1892-1932) Triner and Emily (1895-1967) Hallas Jedlicka. Josef died in Chicago in 1928. There is no headstone for Josef. His grave is between the Hallas upright headstone and Marie's upright headstone.
