Gloria passed away Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012 at St. Mary's of Michigan in Saginaw, following a brief illness, at the age of 69. She was born on July 8, 1943 in Phoenix, AZ, the daughter of the late John and Nellie (McClease) McKeon. Gloria was united in marriage with Charles T. Ashley on Jan. 28, 1984 in Detroit, coming to Caro in October 2005 and had lived here since. She enjoyed ceramics, painting, craftwork and selling of crafts at craft shows. She is survived by her husband, Charles; six sons, John Ruehle of St. Clair Shores, Donald Ruehle of Caro, Eric Ruehle of Chesterfield, Randy Ruehle of Caro, Charles and Kathy Ashley of Shelby Township, Christopher and Heather Ashley of Frasier; six grandchildren and one great-grandson and one sister, Ruby McGee of Kentucky. In keeping with Gloria's wishes, cremation has taken place. Inurnment will follow at Indianfields Township Cemetery. Friends may share memories, thoughts and prayers online at www.RansfordCollon.com.
