Bio
A proud member of the Daughter's of the American Revolution, United Daughter's of the Confederacy, Daughter's of 1812 and Daughter's of '98 (Spanish American War).
Unfortunately, there are individuals on this site who have made collecting memorials their sole purpose for being here. I do not collect dead people, and I don't care if you are a cousin, or aunt, uncle, friend, classmate, or 4th Great anything, so if there is a memorial I have and you are more closely related to that person than I am, I will gladly transfer them to you. This site is for honoring and remembering people who have passed away, not for hoarding memorials.
The fact that some folks on here have thousands of memorials and refuse to give up one to a persons relative, even when they are not related to them is absolutely ridiculous.
Any submitted edits will be researched and not accepted without correct proof.
In some of my memorials, the cemetery is not listed as it is either unknown or I haven't had the time to research it. Either way, these individuals deserve to be recognized, and I will not remove their memorials just because an individual doesn't like it. Any info you may have on the whereabouts of their remains is appreciated.
If you have requested information, and I haven't responded, please understand that I am either researching it, or have you on a list to research your question. I am presently working on quite a few family trees, and I am extremely busy.
