Mrs. Galvin, a native of Fayetteville, N.C., was the widow of Jerald Galvin. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Norfolk.
Survivors include two daughters, Mildred N. Jones and Marjorie B. Duke, two sons, W. B. Oscar Bryan and H. Homer Bryan, all of Virginia Beach; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road, by the Rev. Harry B. Spear III. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk. The family will be at the funeral home form 7 to 8 p.m. today.
