DEATH COMES TO END YEARS OF SUFFERING
After a lingering illness of several years, suffering with diabetis,
Mrs. Mathilda, wife of Julius Zastrow, died at her home 1201 Green
street yesterday afternoon. Mrs. Zastrow, nee Henning, was born in
the town of Newton February 16, 1861, was married and resided there
until she and her husband moved to this city five years ago. Besides
her husband she leaves two sons and two daughters surviving her. They
are Harry and Erwin residing in Newton, Mrs. W. Jaeger of Centerville
and Esther residing at home. The funeral will be held from the home
at 1:30 Sunday afternoon and from the German M.E. church at 2 o'clock,
with interment at Evergreen, Rev. Schellhase officiating.
