FREDERICK E. VOSS

Frederick (Fritz) E. Voss, age 77, of 2401 Clark St., Manitowoc, died Thursday,
March 27, 2008, at River's Bend Health & Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc.
He was born Jan. 7, 1931, in the town of Herman, Sheboygan County, son of the
late Fred and Selma (Bartz) Voss. Fritz served in the Korean Conflict from 1950
to 1954 in the United States Air Force.
On Nov. 26, 1955, he married the former Dorothy E. Temme at Holy Innocents
Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Fritz was employed with the Kohler Co. on June 1,
1955, retiring in 1993 after 38 years of service. He was a 13-year volunteer
with the American Red Cross as a driver. Fritz was a member of St. Francis of
Assisi, the Quarter Century Club of Kohler, American Legion, and the Manitowoc
Senior Center.

He was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law: Elaine and Jack Jeanty;
two brothers and a sister-in-law: Ronnie Voss and Robert and Carol Voss; and a
brother-in-law: Roy (Hack) Novak.
Cremation has occurred. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday,
April 3, 2008, at The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc.
Officiating at the Service will be the Rev. Jim Vanden Hogen. Fritz's cremains
will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc, at a later date.
The family will greet relatives and friends at The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation
Care Center, Manitowoc, for a memorial visitation from 9 a.m. Thursday, April 3, 2008,
until the time of service at 11 a.m.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the employees of the Dialysis
Center, and to the nurses at Rivers Bend for their care and compassion shown to
Frederick and his family. The family would also like to thank a special nurse.(name omitted)
