Elaine F. Jeanty, 61, of 220508 Rockville Road, Kiel, died Sunday morning, May 13, at St. Nicholas Hospital, Sheboygan, after a lengthy illness.
She is the former Elaine Voss born December 31, 1928, in the town of Herman, daughter of the late Fred and Selma Barts Voss. She attended Osman Elementary School. On November 24, 1951, she married Orville Jeanty at St. Gregory's Catholic Church, St. Nazianz. She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel.
Survivors include her husband, Orville; four sons, Charles (Beverly), New Holstein; Bruce (Polly), Brian (Luanne) and Randall (Mary), all of Kiel; nine grandchildren; four brothers, Frederick Voss, Manitowoc; Robert Voss, Cleveland; Eugene Voss, Newton; Wayne Voss, Newton; three sisters, Delores (Elroy) Becker, rural Kiel; Shirley (Lawrence) Schneider, Osman; and Patti (Donald) Gallagher, Manitowoc. She was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald.
A memorial Mass was held Tuesday at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel with the Rev. Thomas Leannah, pastor, officiating.
