ADAM SIEBOLD

Adam Siebold, 71, of 1901A Madison St., Manitowoc, died Sunday at Holy Family
Hospital, Manitowoc, after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral
Home and at 930 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The very Rev.
Clement P. Kern will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mr. Siebold was born Oct. 12, 1894, in Bohemia, son of the late Paul Siebold
and Mrs. Ann Kruml Siebold. When two years of age he came to America and the
Town of Franklin with his parents. He married Julia Decker June 18, 1918, in
the Town of Franklin where the couple lived until 1940 and then moved to
Manitowoc. Mr. Siebold was a carpenter all his life and from 1940 until 1962
was employed by the city of Manitowoc when he retired. He received his citizen-
ship papers in 1941 and was a member of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and
Helpers of America, Local 619.
He is survived by his wife, two sons, Lester and Harvey of Manitowoc; four
daughters, Mrs. Roy (Grace) Jensen, Mrs. Bernard (Agnes) Lehman, Mrs. Harold
(Evelyn) Vorron and Mrs. Harold (Elaine) Conard of Manitowoc; his mother, who
lives in Stangelville; seven brothers, Paul of Manitowoc, John of Cato, Joseph
of Two Rivers, James of Stangelville, Victor of Kewaunee, Frank of Tisch Mills
and Edward of Green Bay; three sisters, Mrs. Albert Schleis and Mrs. Steve
Tikalsky of Green Bay and Mrs. Earl Jens of Maribel; 31 grandchildren and 10
great grandchildren. A son, a sister and two brothers preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home, State street entrance, where at 7 o’clock
this Tuesday evening the Rosary will be recited.
