John Siebold, 72, Menchalsville, died early Saturday at the home of his daughter.
He was born Dec. 22, 1901 in Stangelville to the late Paul and Anna Krummel Siebold. Mr. Siebold, who resided in the Menchalsville area for 33 years, was a trucker of farm produce. On Nov. 18, 1931 he married Mathilda Blahnik at All Saints Church, Denmark. She preceded him in death in April of this year.
He was a member of C.Z.B.J. of Rosencrans.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Jane) Meyer, Omro; seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; three sisters, Mrs. Albert Schlies and Mrs. Steve Tikalsky, both of Green Bay; Mrs. Earl Jensen, Maribel; five brothers, John, Two Rivers; Ed, Green Bay; James, Stangelville; Frank, Tisch Mills; Victory, Norman.
Friends may call at DeWane Funeral Home, Denmark, with Wake service at 8 this evening. Funeral 10 a.m. Tuesday, St. James Catholic Church, Cooperstown, with the Rev. James Geenen officiating. Burial in West Danish Cemetery, Denmark
