Word received here today advised of the death at noon at the Bethesda hospital,
in Cincinatti, Ohio, of Mrs. Philip Kahl, 64, nee Louise Schultz, a former
resident of Manitowoc.
Mrs. Kahl has been making her home in recent months with a son, Robert, in
Cincinnati, and recently submitted to an operation.
She was born in this city and was married to Philip Kahl here. He had been
deceased several years.
Survivors are two sons, Robert of Cincinnati, Ralph, of this city; daughter,
Mrs. Clayton Thielen of Green Bay; four brothers, William G. of this city,
Albert and Gustave of Milwaukee, Ferdinand, in the U.S. army; three sisters,
Mrs. Henry Clemens and Mrs. Ed Oberland of this city, Mrs. Lillian Taite of
Park Ridge Ill.
Funeral arrangements will be announced tomorrow.

Ralph, of this city. It was taken to the Pfeffer funeral home. Detailed funeral
plans awaited arrival of the son.
