Mrs. J. J. Brown, 76, of Madison Lake, a native of Le Sueur, died Saturday afternoon [Sept 19, 1939]. Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at the Madison Lake residence and at 9:30 at the All Saints church, Madison Lake. Burial will be in the Marysburg cemetery.
Surviving are her daughters, Mrs. Nick Traxler, Cleveland, Mrs. Walter Gayer, Walt Hill, Neb., two sons, Jack Brown, Madison Lake and Judd Brown, North Mankato, two sisters, Sister St. Frances, St. Paul, and Mrs. Richard Lyons,
Marysburg, two brothers, James McGrath, Fairbanks, Alaska, and Eugene McGrath, Marysburg and 13 grandchildren.
