Died: Luke Brown, son in law of J.J. Quinn, 413 North Second street, at his road camp at Lake Mills, Iowa, Sunday morning, May 27, 1928, of angina pectoris. He was raised at Madison Lake and was about 27 years of age. His widow and an infant son survive him, besides several brothers and sisters. His remains were brought to this city for burial. Services were held at St. John's Catholic church. Mankato Review, May 30, 1928
