Michael Ray Wisdom Sr., 55, of Hannibal, Missouri, died at 9:02 AM Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Mt. Zion Church in rural Hannibal, Missouri. Rev. Bruce Bouman will officiate. Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, August 3, 2012 at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
Mr. Wisdom Sr. was born April 22, 1957, in Hannibal, Missouri to Triffie Edward and Lenora Frances Bouse Wisdom.
Survivors include 5 children, Angela O'Rourke, Kimberly Wisdom, Alice Wisdom, Michael Wisdom II (Amber) and Matthew Wisdom (Marcie),
5 brothers, Junior Wisdom, Jerry Wisdom, Robert Wisdom, Dennis Wisdom and Danny Wisdom,
5 sisters, Ruth Gibbons, Janet Shockley, Debbi Golian, Vickie McReynolds and Robin Wisdom,
12 grandchildren, Dalton O'Rourke, Dylan O'Rourke, Christian Shobe, Anthony Hubbard, Kami Hubbard, Leonia Wisdom, Adriyanna Glenn, Gracie Glenn, Gage Wisdom, Caitlin Crane, Emma Osborn and Matthew Wisdom II.
Mr. Wisdom is also survived by several other half brothers and half sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister; Brenda Allen.
Mr. Wisdom worked as a boat manufacturer at Black Thunder Boats for 15 years. He enjoyed working on his GTO, cruising and loved cars and Elvis. He also loved spending time with his family especially his grand kids. He was a Freewill Pentecostal by faith.
Pallbearers will be James Wisdom, Kevin Lain, Rocky Allen, Mark Wisdom, D.J. Wisdom and Timothy Wisdom.
Honorary pallbearers will be Adam Johnson and Dalton O'Rourke.
