DIED.--At her home, this city, at 12:30:, March 29, 1899, Mrs. Florella Sperry, aged 83 years, 2 months and 11 days.
Owing to her advanced age Mrs. Sperry had not enjoyed good health for several years past, and her death at this time does not come as a surprise. Her husband, John Sperry, has been dead for many years, but she leave three sons and two daughters to mourn her loss, Mrs. B. Johnson, Mrs. Amanda Breed, Wesley, Lemuel and Mexico, all of this city but Wesley, of Kansas. Many good words could be said of Mrs. Sperry, who is one of our oldest residents, kind of heart and charitable of nature.
The funeral services will be held at the home today at 2 o'clock and the burial will take place in LaHarpe cemetery.
