Mrs. Helen Rose Crisler Little, 85, died March 2, 2001, at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro.
She was born Jan. 23, 1916, in Wilsons Church, Ga., a daughter of Robert Garr Crisler and Thara Richey Crisler. She was a homemaker and a member of Unity United Methodist Church.

On June 25, 1938, she was married to Max Everett Little, who preceded her in death Nov. 17, 1981.

Surviving are three daughters, Dr. Barbara Gottesman of San Francisco, Calif., Judith Proctor and Pete, both of Vale, and Dr. Carol Sena of High Point; two sons, Bob Little and his wife, Martha, and Jim Little and his wife, Pat, all of Thomasville; two sisters, Sadie Turner of Thomasville and Mrs. Bernice Parker of Heflin, Ala.; two brothers, Donald Crisler of Alpharetta, Ga., and Jack Crisler of Athens, Ga.; 11 grandchildren, Leigh Anne, Kevin, Michael, Ben, Alex, Jason, Elizabeth, Patrick, April, Joe and Robin; and a great-grandson, Ronnie.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Unity United Methodist Church by the Rev. DeForest E. Hillyer Jr. and the Rev. Wilbur A. Jarrett. Burial will be in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. The body will be at J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home until the hour of service. Visitation will be 7-8:30 tonight at the funeral home and other times at their respective homes.
