OREGON CITY, Nov 27 (Special) - Charles F, Priester, 66, died today at his home here after several weeks illness, He was a janitor at the Oregon City high school.
Born October 22, 1868, in Iowa, Mr. Priester had lived in Oregon, principally in this city, since 1882.
He is survived by his widow Anna; one daughter Elaine; two brothers Conrad of this city and George of Estacada; and four sisters, Laura Barney of Henrici, Emma Sharp of Stafford, Katie Bassett of Milwaukie and Agnes Angell of Mount Pleasant.
The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Oregon City Funeral home chapel. Rev. A. J. Mockford, rector of St. Paul's Episcopal church, will officiate, and interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
