Elvira Ann Watson, "Ellie", age 79, of Norwalk, died suddenly on Sunday, June 24, 2012 at the Pocono Medical Center, Stroudsburg, PA. Born in Ridgway, PA the daughter of Claude and Carrie Agens, she was the loving wife of Everett "Spot" Watson for 55 years. She was a member and past chaplain of the Eagles Club- Aerie # 588.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by 5 children; David Watson of Greenwich, Sheree McSally and her husband Richard of Monroe, Michael Watson and his wife Carol of Norwalk, Yvonne DeLong of Lexington, KY, and Dwayne Watson and his wife Michele of Norwalk, 12 Grandchildren; Michelle, Caitlyn & Jacqueline McSally & Matthew, Christopher & Gregory Watson, Mack, Jeremy, Zoe and Bethany Shupe, and Douglas and Heather Watson, 2 Great-grandchildren, a brother Kenneth Agens of IN, and 2 sisters; Dolores Philips of TX and Ruth Perkins of WI, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10AM on Saturday, June 30 at St. Jerome Church, 23 Half Mile Rd, Norwalk, with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery, Norwalk.
