Born July 23, 1924, in Table Grove to Ady and Valera Kelly Clemens, she married Robert Baker on Nov. 27, 1945. He died June 27, 1985. She later married Gene Seibert.
Surviving is one brother, Wayne (and Bona) Clemens of Winterset.
She had worked at Fulton County ASC Office in Lewistown for many years.
She was a member of Summum Christian Church and attended First Christian Church in Winterset.
Graveside services will be in Summum Cemetery.
