"BISCHOFF, LOUIS H., aged 57, died yesterday afternoon...at his home, East Brainard Road , at Whorley, after an illness of four weeks. Mr. Bischoff was born and reared in this city and for the past 16 years was pastry chef at the Hotel Patten. Survivors are his widow; two brothers, H.F. of this city and Walter of Birchwood; two sisters, Anna DeRossett of this city and Mrs. L. [sic] Schuhmacher of Daisy, Tenn...."
