"BISCHOFF, HERMAN F, 68, died at residence, 3529 Brainard Rd, Friday morning. Surviving are one son, Herman F. Jr, Chattanooga; two grandchildren, George R, Bolton and Shirley Jean Bischoff; two stepsons, Robert L. Bolton, New Orleans and John T. Bolton, Detroit; two sisters, Mrs. Annie DeRossett, Chattanooga, and Mrs. Joe Schuhmacher of Soddy; one brother, Walter of Birchwood, Tenn; also, 16 nieces and nephews. Mr. Bischoff was a Spanish-American War veteran and a member of the First Baptist Church. Funeral services...National Funeral Home Sunday at 2. Internmant will be at Chattanooga Memorial Park...."
