Deceased was born at Novosedia, Bohemia, April 22, 1830, and was married to John Sitcha before coming to this country. In 1855 they came to America and settled on a farm two and a half miles southeast of this city, where their son, John Sitcha, still resides.

She is survived by five daughters and one son. They are: Mrs. Joseph Skluzacek, Sr., of Lonsdale; Mrs. Ferdinand Dvorak, of Washington; Mrs. Rosalie Bouda, living near the Canadian boundary; Mrs. Anna Mracek, Mrs. Frank Pavlicek and John Sticha of this city. Her husband, four sons and one daughter preceded her to the grave.
