Notes From Rockland:
Mrs. Chas. Lau, a pioneer of Rockland, died Friday after an illness
of two days. She was born in Germany and was 80 years and eight
months of age. She was a resident of Rockland since 1869. She is
survived by her husband, and two sons, Robert and Theodore of Rockland
and three daughters, Mrs. Reimer and Mrs. Sonna of Rockland and Mrs.
Reimer of Antigo. The funeral was held Monday. Interment was in the
cemetery at Reedsville.
