Mrs. Sadena (Kryder) sic) Redden Dies. Miss Sadena Kryder was born at Bland, Mo., January 30, 1864 where she lived during her girlhood and was united in marriage to Henry Redden in 1879, when but 15 years of age, they continuing to reside in Mo for a number of years. This union was blessed by 12 children of which five have passed away. Seven survive the passing of both the father and the mother, the father passing away on August 13, 1911, with the mother just now. The surviving children are: John, Rose, Edward, Mrs. Cassie Poynter, Lula McKinney, all of Murray; Audra Smith of Omaha and Mrs. May Jett of St. Louis.
Mrs. Redden spent the greater part of her life in Mo, but resided in Oklahoma from 1913 to 1920 and the last fifteen years in Murray. Early in life Mrs. Redden united with the Baptist church and was a very faithful communicant during her life until a few years ago she united with the Murray Christian church. The funeral was held from the Murray Christian church with Rev. C. Loyd Shubert conducting the services. The remains were laid to rest at the Young sic) cemetery, the pall bearers being George E. Nickles, Earl Lancaster, A.C. Long, Frank Mrasek, G.E. Bruhacher, and E.S. Tutt.
