Born Sept. 15, 1864, in the Town of Rantoul, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Bringman, she lived on a farm at Calumetville after her marriage to Jacob Reiss. Since her husband's death In June, 1919, she made her home at Chilton.
Survivors include: four step children, Mrs. Carrie Maurer, Mrs. Mathilda Pezoldt, Mrs. Carl Winter and Paul Reiss, all of Kiel; and a sister, Mrs. Emma Crawford of Kenosha. One son also preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m., Tuesday, at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, with the Rev. Ernest J. Nelson, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Calumetville Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the funeral home after 2 p. m., Monday
