Mrs. Jesse, nee A. Bringmann, the deceased is remembered as a lady of most kindly and amiable qualities, with a talent for nursing which called her to many a sickbed for skillful ministrations. At the time of her death she had attained the age of seventy-four years.
She is survived by the husband, one son, Edward of Antigo and three daughters, Mrs. Wm Maertz of Kenosha, Mrs. Robbins and Mrs. Wierer of Mattoon. There are five sisters, Mrs. Claus Thiel of our city, Mrs. Pingel of Stockbridge, Mrs. J. Crawford of Chilton, Mrs. C. Reiss and Miss Augusta Bringmann of Gravesville. There are nine grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at the evangelical Emmanuel church and the remains were interred in the village cemetery.
