The infant son of Crawford and Mary Ann Miller Blevins. Francis was born in No Business, Tennessee. Francis was their 10th child. He and their infant granddaughter, Edna Rose Blevins both became very ill with the "flux" at the same time and were both "doctored" by Mary.
Edna survived and Francis died and was buried in the nearby Terry Cemetery.
