"Julia Susan Wilhide, widow of the late Josiah Wilhide and daughter of the late Michael Freeze, died at her home in Thurmont on Sunday morning, March 19, aged 73 years and 25 days. She is survived by four sons, Frank of Woodsboro; Harry of Sabillasville, George and Michael, of Deerfield; thee daughters, Mrs. Susan Harbaugh of Sabillasville; Mrs. Linnie Brown of New Bethel, and Nora, at home eighteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is survived also by one brother, Jacob Freeze, and three sisters, Mrs. Henry Hetterly, Mrs. Lewis Keefer, Mrs. Allen Eyler. Funeral services were held on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the United Brethren Church, Rev. J. I. Green officiating. Interment in the U. B. Cemetery. Wilhide and Creeger funeral directors."
