Edward Dasbach Sr. died aged 81, at 4:20 in the morning, at St. Mary hospital in Quincy, Adams county, Illinois. He was the son of Henry Christopher Dasbach and Maria Christiana (Schaller) Dasbach. He worked for Excelsior Stove company for 40 years. He was wed to Frances Lonnerman in 1892. Frances Lonnerman Dasbach died 14 August 1924. Their children included sons Russell E. Dasbach and Edward Dasbach Jr., and one daughter, Fay.
