William Bert Strause, b. abt 1872 Betty married John A. Wise on 28 Mar 1876 in LaRue County, Kentucky. He was a son of Richard M. Wise (1825-1904) and Nancy J. Johnson (1827-1856). Betty and John had one son, Charles Matt Wise, b. 26 Feb 1881 in New Albany, Gentry County, Ohio. Charles died 25 Aug 1960 in Sterling, Whiteside County, Illinois.
Betty married Tom Price abt 1882 and they were the parents of Lillie Price. Lilly married William H. Bray in 1900 and they moved to Illinois. He died on 22 Dec 1965 at Wyanet, Bureau County, Illinois and Lillie died on the same day at Heyworth, McLean County, Illinois.
Betty married David Allen Brewer on 17 Feb 1886 in LaRue County, Kentucky. He was 23 and she 25 years of age. Her name was given as Bettie Price. Four children were born to this marriage:
