Billy Joe Barrett, 74, of Spring Hill, Fla., passed away October 12, 2006, at Oak Hill Hospital. He was born in Archer City, Texas and came here seven years ago from Simi Valley, Calif. He was Methodist by faith.

He owned a swimming pool business in California and was an avid motorcyclist.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Kearney) Barrett of Spring Hill, Fla.; his son, Barry Barrett and his wife, Deborah Ellen; two daughters, Laurie Barrett and Sherry Fangio and her husband, John; three grandsons, Blake Barrett, Joey Gill, and Joshua Harrison; eight granddaughters, Jenn Diello, Mariza Rivera, Caitlin Harrison, Brittanee Gill, Hallie Gill, Jessica Fangio, Jaclynn Fangio, Gianna Fangio; two great-granddaughters, Ariel McCammand and Serenity Rivera; four sisters and two brothers.
