Church services for Anna Lou Garehart, 90, of Minco were held May 4, 2012 at First Baptist Church in Minco. Burial followed at Evergreen Cemetery. Services were officiated by Wiley Gabehart under the direction of the Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home of Minco.
Anna was born June 10, 1921, in Prairie Valley seven miles northwest of Pocasett to Charles and Edna May (Hunt) Brown. She died Tuesday May 1, 2012 at Grace Living Center in Chickasha.
Anna lived most of her life in Minco. She was a cosmetologist and hairdresser. She married Howard William Gabehart on March 29, 1941 in Minco. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Minco.
She was preceeded in death by her parents, husband Howard on December 21, 2008., sisters Fern Brown, Rebecca Marie Morrison, Lela Maples, Minnie Olsa Halverson and Edna Nadine Brown, brothers Charles Quinton Brown and Archie Brown.
She is survived by her son Bennie Gabehart of Cogar, daughter-in-law, Madelyn Gabehart of El Reno; sister Erma Harrison of Norge; sister-in-law Helen Brown of Washington; grandchildren Michael, Lori, Brendy, Justin and Wiley; fifteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren
