Roger D. Allred, passed away June 22, 2004. He was born Aug. 24, 1922, in Ephraim, Utah, and was a resident of the Las Vegas area since 1963. He was a retired plumber and U.S. Navy World War II veteran. He was a member of Teamsters Local #525. He is survived be his wife, Mildred; children, Jaynann Allred Wendt, Cordell Allred and Teresa Allred Wert; stepdaughter, Ann Kiernan; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Roger Bradford Allred; mother, Stella Frandsen Allred; and father, Orson Vern Allred. Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. Friday, June 25, at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial following. Bishop Jesse K. Thorp of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will officiate.
