Funeral services for Lillie Mae Reeves, 84, of DeBerry were held Monday, Dec, 23, 1996, at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church with burial following at Mt. Zion Cemetery. She died at Willis-Knighton Hospital in Shreveport on Saturday, Dec. 21, 1996.
Born May 22, 1912, in Panola County to Tom and Fannie Shell Nichols, she was a homemaker. She lived most of her life in DeBerry and was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lorenza Hulan Reeves.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Joe L. and Mary Helen Reeves; daughter, Linda Skinner; brother, Noble Nichols and sister, Mittie Blalack.
