SARAH GRAY, OX-TEAM PIONEER, SUMMONED

Mrs Sarah Gray was called by death on Saturday evening after a long illness. She was the mother of ten children,
seven of whom survive her. They are: Samuel R., James and Thomas of Central, Mrs. Theo Christensen of Elsinore,
Mrs. John Burrson of Blackfoot, Idaho, Alex of Mt Pleasant, Andrew of Boise, Idaho. She was one of the pioneers
and early settlers of Sevier county, crossing the waters from Scotland in early life, and crossing the trackless plains
with ox-teams.

Mrs. Gray was a devoted Latter-day Saint throughout life and a comfort in sickness to all who needed help. Funeral
services will be held at Central on Wednesday at 1 o’clock. Interment will be in the Central Cemetery.
