Oshkosh Northwestern, Fri. Nov. 15, 1985, p. 19, c. 1. Genevieve J. Brantmier, 64, Oshkosh, died Thursday morning at home. She was born Sept. 8, 1921, in Peebles, the daughter of Jacob and Theresa Loehr Otto. She married Gilbert Brantmier Feb. 20, 1943, in Oshkosh. Mrs. Brantmier was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Surviving are her widower; three daughters, Nancy Allen, Lilburn, Ga., Mrs. Gerald (Rita) Cottrell, Winneconne, and Jean Eyers, Hawthorne Woods, Ill.; one son, Richard, Milwaukee; two brothers, Merlin “Dick” Otto and Raymond Otto, both of Oshkosh; one sister, Alice Otto, Neenah; and four grandchildren. Services will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. in Fiss & Bills Funeral Home, the Rev. Paul Feider officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home, with a 7 p.m. prayer service. A memorial has been established.
