She was born Sept. 8, 1921, in Peebles, the daughter of Jacob and Theresa Loehr Otto. She married Gilbert Brantmier Feb. 20, 1943, in Oshkosh. Mrs. Brantmier was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Surviving are her widower; three daughters, Nancy Allen, Lilburn, Ga., Mrs. Gerald (Rita) Cottrell, Winneconne, and Jean Eyers, Hawthorne Woods, Ill.; one son, Richard, Milwaukee; two brothers, Merlin “Dick” Otto and Raymond Otto, both of Oshkosh; one sister, Alice Otto, Neenah; and four grandchildren. Services will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. in Fiss & Bills Funeral Home, the Rev. Paul Feider officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home, with a 7 p.m. prayer service. A memorial has been established.
