CLETUS BONNETT, clerk in superior court of Judge W.G. Machetanz was called to the bedside of his mother, Mrs. Mary E. Bonnett, in Bellflower this morning by his sister, Miss Opal Bonnett, with whom their mother resides. Miss Bonnett reported their mother sinking rapidly from a stroke suffered Saturday morning.

Machetanz, returned to his post Monday from Bellflower where he attended the funeral of his mother Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Bonnett who was buried last Friday in that city following her death from a stroke. Mrs. Bonnett lived with her daughter Miss Opal Bonnett in Bellflower.
