The Windsor Review, May 18, 1899:

A Pair of Runaways.

Two runaway youths from Dell, Benton County, who desired to see the world, hit Windsor Tuesday morning.

The father of one came in some time later but could not find them. He left a description, however, and Marshall Saurbaugh located and knabbed them just as they were in the act of boarding the evening local. Later Wm. M. Dunaway and Paul Calvert drove them back home stopping over night in Warsaw. Their names were Ira Puckett and Kip Slough.
