Ralph Smithwick, 65, maintenance man
Ralph Smithwick, 65, of Smyrna died Friday.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Winkenhofer Funeral Home in Smyrna with the Rev. James F. Wilkins officiating. Burial will be at Georgia Memorial Park.
Mr. Smithwick was a retired as a maintenance man with the Cobb County Board of Education and was a resident of Smyrna for the past 28 years. He was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church in Cherokee County.
Survivors include his wife, Ventalee Smithwick of Smyrna; one son, Wade Smithwick of Smyrna; two daughters, Deborah Phillips of Marietta, Audrey Smithwick of Smyrna; one brother, Alvin Smithwick of Alpharetta; two sisters, Mary Booth, Charlotte Croft both of Marietta; three grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
