DALY CITY
Mrs. Velma Cockerham, 66, of 78 Menlo street, Daly City, died at her home yesterday after suffering an apparent heart attack.
According to police, Mrs. Cockerham was found dead on the floor of her home by a young grandson when he returned home from school. The boy rushed to a neighbor, who called police. A fire department resuscitator squad was unable to revive her, and she was pronounced dead on arrival at Junipero Hospital. Funeral services are pending.
