Double funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Frick Funeral Home for Harry A. and Rudolph Reimers, brothers, who died seven hours apart Sunday.
Father Stanley Kemmerer will officiate with burial in the Durant cemetery. Visitation will begin after 6 o'clock tonight at the funeral home.
Harry Reimers was born Aug. 28, 1908 in Muscatine county. He married Eleanor Rottman April 14, 1930 at Muscatine.
He was employed as a mason by the C.T. Schracht Construction Co. of Durant.
Survivors include his wife, Eleanor; two sons; five daughters (Mrs. Tim (Juanita) Smith of DeWitt, Mrs. Gurven (Shirley) Bland of Rock Falls, Ill.); also 19 grandchildren, as well as the previous survivors listed.
The brothers were preceded in death by their parents, three brothers and one sister.
