Margaret was my grandmother from my mothers side, she was born to David Henry Speight and Laura Virginia Halstead in Great Bridge, Virginia. She was married to George Israel Roach on 19 Dec 1928. They had ten Children, three who died as infants, Halice Durwood (1930) Hilda Ray (1937-38)and Bobby Ray (1943), the other children who have since passed are Sarah Jane (1993-1994), William George (1935-1986), Laura Ann (1939-2001), there are four surviving children at this time (all Daughters).
