Bertha was the daughter of Harvey and Myrtle B. (Carver) Botkin. She married Robert J. Perkinson on July 30, 1950, in Peoria. He preceded her in death on Nov. 6, 2011.
She is survived by two sons, and one sister.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Oren and Kenneth; and two sisters, Verda and Bernice.
She worked as a clerk at Johnson's Hardware in Peoria.
